A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On August 10, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.180% among blood transfusions on August 10, 2018, and was stopped by the signal signal atmosphere at the front intersection in Chuncheon City C while driving the said vehicle at a level of 0.180%.

At this point, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating steering devices, brakes, etc. to those engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to operate a motor vehicle and caused the Defendant to go behind the said motor vehicle by inserting a backway instead of a neutral flag, and caused the Defendant to go behind the motor vehicle of the victim E (W, 35 years old) who stops behind the motor vehicle, received the front end part of the said motor vehicle of the said project.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the foregoing, and suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in a state of light that requires treatment for about two weeks.

2. Defendant 1, at the above date and place, driven the said rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.180% during blood at the above time and place.
