Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (the instant land and building together; hereinafter referred to as the “instant housing”) was registered in the name of the Defendant on November 26, 1923 and on November 27 of the same month (the building) on the grounds of sale on November 10, 1923.

B. The Plaintiff resided after moving into the instant house on October 13, 1987, and was ex officio ex officio on October 28, 2003. A.
