1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 24% per annum from November 2, 2019 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap's statement, the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000,000 to Nonparty C on May 31, 2019, to the non-party C on September 2, 2019, and the interest rate of KRW 2.5% per month, etc. at the time when the defendant and the non-party D were jointly and severally guaranteed. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 200,000,000 for the loans due to joint and several liability and damages for delay calculated by the ratio of 24% per annum that the plaintiff sought from November 2, 2019 to the date of full payment after the agreed repayment.
