Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall reclaim or incinerate wastes at a place other than a waste treatment facility permitted, approved, or reported pursuant to the Waste Management Act.

Nevertheless, on May 201, the Defendant buried approximately six tons of waste concrete, etc., which is a construction waste, when removing one unit of housing located in Chungcheongnam-gun B prior to May 201, in the site.
