1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 723,700,000 and 5% per annum from January 1, 2012 to February 25, 2013 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 1, 201, the Plaintiff entered into the first and second contract documents of this case (hereinafter “instant building”) and the 7th floor building on the D ground of Siung-si (hereinafter “instant building”) on April 1, 201.

2) The Defendants jointly owned one-half shares of each of the two shares and the remodeling construction of the instant building (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(1) A contract for construction works (including value-added tax) and a contract for construction works (hereinafter referred to as “the first contract for construction works in this case”) that the contract is concluded between April 1, 201 and June 20, 201, for the construction period of KRW 1,320,000,000 (including value-added tax).

The portion relating to the timing and method of payment for the completion of the first contract is as follows. 30,00,000 won and 396,000,000,000 won and 30,000,000 won and 360,000,000,000 won and 30,000,000,00 won and 30,000,000,00 won and 16,00,00,00 for the second contract, and 30,00,00,00,00 won and 30,00,00,00,00 won and 0,00,00,00 won and 16,00,00,000 won and 20,00,000,000 won and 30,00,000,000,00 won and 20,03,0,000,00 loan savings each of this case.

3. Under the credit transaction agreement of this case, KRW 1,320,00,00 is a structure that only pays for the construction cost of the first contract of this case. The relevant loan is not directly deposited in Defendant B’s loan account after the conclusion of the credit transaction agreement between Defendant B and Scar Savings Bank, but within the above limit amount, Defendant B, the contractor, and Defendant B, the contractor, made payment for the progress payment to Scar Savings Bank according to the progress of the construction project of this case.
