Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall, when he/she performs all acts for the use of construction machinery, such as disassembly, assembling or repairing construction machinery, and processing, manufacturing or replacing its parts, perform the maintenance of construction machinery after completing registration in accordance with the regulations and meeting facility standards.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registration from December 2, 2016 to January 2017, 2017, operated the construction machinery maintenance business in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B with his trade name, and carried out the act of snick (bag operation) and snicking other parts of the construction machinery (bagbbbing) and wheel wheel snbs, etc.
