Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a secretary at the C judicial scrivener's office located in Ilyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B, Manyang-si from around 2010 to June 2014.

1. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) had consulted D and D, which was found to have been placed in the office of the said certified judicial scrivener on the recommendation of his son; (b) had not borrowed money from D and received a certification of the content that D’s real estate was established in spite of the absence of D’s lending of money from E; and (c) had received a request to settle the said dispute; (d) had been tried to terminate the said mortgage registration on the ground that the registration of the establishment of the said mortgage was null and void.

On June 29, 2012, the Defendant, without authority, stated “1. No. 302 of the third floor of the building No. 302 of the building,” “Cancellation on June 29, 2012” in the column for indication of real estate in the “Delegation Design” using a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising at the above office, and on the column for registration grounds and its date, “the cancellation of collateral security” in the column for the purpose of registration, “the establishment of collateral security made under the Ordinance No. 16826 of the receipt of 16826 on February 10, 201,” and in the column for delegation, “E and Gyeonggi-do, the establishment of the right to collateral security made under the Ordinance of the Ministry of Information and Communication No. 108-506 on June 29, 2012,” signed the stamp arbitrarily created on the name of the E, and stamped the stamp “the certificate of cancellation” in the column for indication of

1. The number of building: The third floor No. 302, the indication of land;

On June 29, 2012, the clerk stated "F apartment 108-506, Daehan-gu, Ilyang-gu, Ilyang-gu, Ilyang-gu, U.S. E, and forged a letter of delegation and termination certificate in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations by affixing a seal created by the defendant at his/her own discretion on the name of E.
