1. As to the grounds of appeal by Defendant A, B, and C, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment convicting Defendant A, B, and C of the facts charged, on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the grounds for excluding illegality in the crime of defamation

2. As to the grounds of appeal by Defendant D, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment convicting Defendant D of the facts charged against Defendant D, on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the intentional act of obstruction of worship and intrusion of structure, self-defense or legitimate act.

3. As to the grounds of appeal by Defendant E and F, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment convicting Defendant E and F of the facts charged, on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning.
