1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s project to remove and dispose of the secondary waste in D and E districts in 2015 against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant’s business of collecting floating waste coming from the Han River in the Han River in the Han River in the Han River or the Han River in the Han River in the Han River in the Han River, the Han River in the Han River, and the Dosung River in the G area (hereinafter “the business of collecting floating waste”) at H between the F area and the G area.

1.The Project shall be implemented in accordance with the project plans, general specifications and special specifications, and the other administrative matters shall be directed by the ordering authority.
