Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.

At around 02:30 on May 13, 2020, the Defendant driven DNA while under the influence of alcohol 0.240% in the section of approximately 400 meters from May 13, 202 to the front road of the Dongwon-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
