A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a CFD car.

On April 5, 2015, at around 04:36, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol with 0.123% of alcohol concentration, and proceeded four lanes in front of the entrance of the mouth 230 (HH), as at the Cheongcheon City, as at the Cheongcheon-si, along the one-lanes of the Cheongnam-gu, from the long-distance bank, and came to turn to the left.
