Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.145% during blood transfusion around 05:52 on May 20, 2017, driven a motor vehicle of 2km from the part of B, which was around 2km in front of the Hanpo-dong Hanpo-dong Hanpo-dong, Busan, Busan, in front of his/her age store.
