Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and the victim C (25 years) were living together in Ulsan-gu building A, Ulsan-gu, 203, which the Defendant leased while controlling the relationship with each other.

At around 20:00 on December 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses from the victim who had frequent fighting at the above studio that “on the night, women’s fluor had been fluored; (b) she would talk with the width if she well fluor, and if she does not do so, she would talk with the relocated female fluor; and (c) she was fluord with waste, such as plastic, vinyl, and stop, which were placed in the studio of the victim’s studio, and put the studio into the studio by using the studre, which was put in a studio of the victim’s studio, but did not move to the above studio itself.

Thus, the defendant was trying to use a fire as a residence, or a building in which people exist, but was attempted to commit an attempted crime.

2. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant tried to extinguish the said room at the time, at a place, as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) in order to prevent the occurrence of a studio by the victim C, the Defendant used a knife (the total length of 30 cm and 15 cm), which is a dangerous object in the said studio, with a view to preventing the said studio from being broken out in a locking, and thereby, threatened the victim, as “flicke”, with a view to harming the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
