A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant was assaulted by the Defendant’s wife at around 01:05, before the Defendant’s house located underground in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant’s 112 report and sent out the Defendant’s 112 report, followed by the circumstances where the Defendant’s wife belonged to the D District Police Station D (24 years old), and F (24 years old) buck out of the Defendant’s house in order to listen to the Defendant’s wife and quarantine the Defendant’s wife from the Defendant’s wife, and buck away from the house to the Defendant’s wife, and buck away from the back of the house to the Defendant’s wife, the Defendant bucked the Defendant’s f’s handlight of the police officer, and buck off the Defendant’s f’s hand with the glass view, and buck off the Defendant’s buck.

After that, according to the above police officers who avoid the glass view outside the main gate, the Defendant laid down the glass angle, "I will die and die without being her," and re-enter the house into the main gate, and then put the two kitchens in two kitchens (30cc in total length, 18cc in total length, 28.5cc in total length, 17cc in total length) and two long-hours (23cc in total length, 12.5cc in length, 20.5cc in total length, 11cc in daily length, and 11cc in total length) and displayed the above police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the above E/F's 112 reported cases and crime prevention.
