A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year and six months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol while boarding a taxi and driving at 74 km points in the direction of the Gyeongnam Highway located in the Seoul Northern-dong, Gwangju, and was under the influence of alcohol. However, the Defendant was urged by the fire officer B of the Seoul Northernbuk Fire Fighting Station, who was reported to rescue the taxi, to leave the said taxi on the side of the expressway, and was urged by the fire officer B of the Seoul Northern Northern Fire Fighting Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report to rescue the taxi, to leave the hospital together with the hospital, on the ground that he refused to go to go to the hospital, and that he is bad, he was under the influence of the fire officer at one time and interfere with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the patient care of the fire officer.
