A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The applicant's application for compensation is dismissed respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement on the “EPC room” located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, stating that “G account will be sold” by accessing the game item transaction site to “F,” and making a false statement to the victim H, who reported and contacted the above writing, “1.50,000 won remittance will sell the G account.”

However, the defendant did not have a G account and did not have any intention or ability to transfer the account even if he receives the payment from the damaged person.

As above, the Defendant: (a) received 150,000 won in the J bank account (Account Number K) in the name of the Defendant’s wife on the same day from the victim; and (b) received a total of 5,350,000 won from around that time to June 11, 2018 in the same manner as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form I.

On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) inserted a letter of “sale of an online (online mobile) game G account” on the bulletin board of “M” website sales by accessing the Internet via a mobile phone; and (b) sold the said account to the victim N, who reported and contacted, around 20:06, KRW 300,000 and KRW 3 million on 18:02,08:02,000,000 to the Defendant’s wife’s J bank account in the name of the Defendant’s wife.

However, the defendant did not have the above account, and there was no intention or ability to sell it.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, thereby deceiving 60,000 won.

No person of "2018 Highest 1580" shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate access authority or beyond the permitted access authority.

On December 22, 2017, the Defendant purchased an account from the O to sell “G” account by accessing the Internet site to “M” at the PC room located in the Daegu Metropolitan City.

D. The P Account linked to the aboveO’s “G” account is set aside.
