2. Parts to be dried;

A. From 10 to 11 of the first instance judgment, only the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff shall be referred to as “the evidence submitted by the Defendant alone”.

B. The evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone in the third part of the judgment of the court of first instance (hereinafter “the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff”) shall be changed to “the evidence submitted by the Defendant alone.”

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate. Thus, the defendants' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
