Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in B Nowon-gu.

On November 12, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at the speed of 05:55, and driven the two-lanes of the D hotel located in C at the early of the beginning of the next month from the west to the entrance of the New Airport at the speed of about 30K at the speed of 1:30K, depending on one lane at the entrance of the New Port.

Since there is a central line, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by complying with the set-line of the vehicle and driving safely.

Nevertheless, the part of the victim E (the 32 years old) driving driven on the above road due to the negligence of neglecting this as well as neglecting the front line and driving over the center line, which led to the driver's negligence, i.e., the part of the victim E (the 32 years old) driving on the above road.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered the victim’s chills and tensions of the part in need of approximately two weeks’ medical treatment due to the foregoing occupational negligence.
