A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on the same kind of crime two times.

On May 30, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-low-income vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 700 meters in the area of alcohol 0.25% in blood on the roads near the bus terminal located in the Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
