A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for an obscene crime at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on April 24, 2016.

On October 24, 2016, at around 15:05, the Defendant left the hallway used by many people in Seongbuk-gu Seoul apartment complex C, 201 dong 803, and carried her chrode female brode brode, carried her hand in the panty panty, and carried her hand in the panty panty, thereby making a public obscene act.
