All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant A1) misunderstanding the facts and legal principles, suggesting Defendant A to commit a crime of collecting money by misrepresenting the police officer to the Defendant B, and purchasing crypted the crypted tape to the victim. 2. Determination on Defendant A’s grounds for appeal

A. As to the assertion of misunderstanding of facts and legal principles, the lower court, based on the circumstances and relevant legal principles acknowledged based on each evidence duly adopted and investigated, determined that the Defendant was liable as co-offenders for the entire crime, on the ground that Defendant A conspiredd to commit robbery against Defendant B and the victim, and that Defendant B inflicted an injury on the victim in the opportunity of robbery.
