A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 16:00 on May 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the proposal from the Defendant, “I would like to collect money and valuables by entering another person’s residence as ordered; and (b) agreed to collect money and valuables; and (c) conspired to send money and valuables collected to the Defendant.
1. At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant received instructions from the non-name victim via B Messen, and went to the residence of the victim in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, by leaving the keys from the Messenger to the Messenger, and then invaded into the Messenger, and then the victim carried out cash of KRW 7.48,00,000,000,000 (10, 18K), and gold bars (2,000, 18K).
Accordingly, the defendant stolen money and valuables in collusion with a person with no name or a victim's residence.
2. At around 14:00 on May 9, 2019, the victim F was injured by a telephone, thereby misrepresenting the criminal charge, and “personal information of the party” was leaked;
