1. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the beer specialty store located on the first floor of K underground of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, “L”; (b) by using the gaps in which the victim M, an employee, was placed in the main room, one smartphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 850,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession; (c) one new bank check, one security card, one resident registration certificate, and one copy in the resident registration certificate.

A. At around 02:40 on June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided the “P” main points for the victim’s O on the fifth floor of the building N in Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) provided alcohol and alcohol, the Defendant, even if having been provided, did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) provided alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 730,000 in the market price.
