The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

A. On April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) during the dry field in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, for the use of part of the dry field together with the victim D, destroyed it by extracting up 20 parts of the bean, which the victim was deep in the dry field so that the victim would not raise crops in the dry field.

B. On May 21, 2012, at the same place as above, the Defendant destroyed the right to prevent the victim from spreading approximately 20 parts of the bean species for the said reason.

C. Around July 6, 2012, the Defendant, at the same place as above, destroyed the abandonment of 15 parts of the shouldered 15 for the said reasons. D.

On July 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the above paragraph, destroyed the abandonment of 15 parts of the shouldered 15 to which the victim was frighted for the said reasons.
