On May 16, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a balone balone vehicle in the section of about 4km from the Defendant’s dwelling in the Gyeong-gun B of the Gyeongbuk-gun without obtaining a driver’s license on around 19:30 on May 16, 201 to the falone restaurant located in 1307 with the same callon.
