Punishment of the crime

From May 30, 2007, the Defendant: (a) from May 30, 2007, under the name of the representative of D, who is a partner, in Busan Metropolitan Government B (former address: Busan Metropolitan Government C) the “E” means a person who registers his/her trade name and operates it as a real representative; and (b) from June 29, 2012, “stock Company E” means a person who imports and sells various lighting instruments, etc. in China while operating them as a representative director.

No person shall import any dutiable value, customs duty rate, etc. without filing a false report or filing a false report in order to affect the determination of the amount of duty.

The Defendant sent a list of imported goods to the employees of F residing in China and ordered various lighting organizations, etc. to the business parties, such as China, and paid the amount by direct payment, etc., and filed an import declaration with the head of customs office at a price lower than the actual market price, and avoided the relevant difference, etc., and paid the difference, etc. through the tentatively referred account.

In addition, on March 4, 2009, the Defendant, under the name of E, imported 144 points of lighting equipment parts in China from Cuba (KUIFE CO. CO., LTD) in the name of E, made an import declaration and clearance of customs duties equivalent to US$ 3,753 (Korean US$ 5,710,604), which would be imposed on US$ 3,753 (Korean US$ 5,710,604), from that time until October 2, 2012, the Defendant evaded customs duties equivalent to US$ 456,840 (Korean US$ 5,710,60) by importing various lighting equipment parts in China, which are equivalent to US$ 321,282, as stated in the attached list of crimes, and cleared customs duties equivalent to US$ 21,879,406, the total amount of the actual market price was 109,406 U.S. dollars.
