The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, for two years from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special injury: (a) around 17:05 on October 5, 2018, the Defendant: (b) sustained an injury in which it is impossible to know the number of treatment days due to the following reasons: (a) in the “Dcafeteria” operated by C in Seoul Central-gu; (b) in the course of drinking alcohol on the ground that he/she is bad for himself/herself; and (c) caused the victim E (44 years old); (d) he/she saw the victim’s click disease; and (b) caused the victim’s click disease to click the victim’s face face, such as tearing the victim’s click part on the left side of the victim’s face.

The Defendant interfered with his duties by force for about 10 minutes following the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) and at a place, followed the dogb, blicked, boomed the cafeteria’s click, and harming the customer, thereby obstructing the victim C’s restaurant business by force for about 10 minutes.

According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court of this case, the victim was investigated by the police on October 12, 2018 after the occurrence of the crime in this case, and the victim specifically stated the situation of damage to the effect that "the defendant was faced with his/her own string and shoulderer disease due to his/her strings, and the left-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-on-hand-on-house".
