Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On November 3, 2015, the Plaintiff served as an engineer for a cut-off season belonging to B, and was faced with an accident that leads to growing trees at the construction site on November 3, 2015.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition and filed a request for examination with the Defendant, but the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff’s request for examination on September 25, 2017.
On October 13, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a request for reexamination with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Reexamination Committee, but the said Committee dismissed the Plaintiff’s request for reexamination on December 14, 2017.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion caused an additional injury to the Plaintiff, i.e., the Type 1 (Fekneeekne and below the left-hand snee) and the Maline sneosis, due to the instant disaster, and among the already approved injury.
