On September 25, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on a motor vehicle, driven a B-do motor vehicle from around 8km to the front road of the Korean apartment complex located 567 U.S., Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, 2017.
