A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Criminal facts

1. Around 06:00 on July 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., measures to be taken after an accident) (i., the Defendant), while driving a halog car and driving the road in front of the E station located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, into the sub-nick Park, and driving the road into the sub-nick Park, which is located in the sub-nick River located in a simplified parking lot installed in the road A, the Defendant left the said car without immediately stopping the car in order to cause damage to the repair cost of KRW 1,520,159, and then runs away without taking necessary measures.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) were committed by the Defendant on the right side of the ISP car by the victim H(39 years old) driving, which was driven along the same lane at the front side of the Defendant while the Defendant escaped, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, as shown in paragraph 1.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt scams, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said scam car to be repaired in an amount equivalent to KRW 569,628, and escaped without immediately stopping it and taking necessary measures.
