1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Whether liability for damages arises;
A. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 4, 15, and 19; Eul evidence Nos. 3 and 7; Eul evidence Nos. 33 and 35; Eul evidence Nos. 33 and 35; the court's head of Busan Customs Office; and the chief of the Maritime Tax Office's fact-finding with regard to the whole purport of the arguments
1) On April 2, 2003, the Plaintiff was a juristic person established for the purpose of developing and distributing the Bod Game, and Defendant D served as the Plaintiff’s game development and overseas business team leader from July 1, 2003. 2) The Plaintiff completed the development of Bod Game E (E) in 2005, and imported and sold it after requesting the manufacture of Bod Game E (E) in China to a manufacturing company located in China.
3) The Bodrid Game E (E) has four types of plastics, such as sea, month, and base, and each day has a number of 1 to 15, and a total of 60 other days are used. The game participants begin with the same number of days and make the most first of their own other days, and the game participants are the winners. 4) The attached table No. 1 forms are the forms of Bodrid Game E (E). The attached table No. 2 game specifications are the game specifications of Bodrid Game E (E). The plaintiff has the author's property rights as to the game specifications of the attached table No. 1 and attached list No. 2.
5) After the Plaintiff’s management status was not good, Defendant D retired without receiving wages and retirement allowances on May 19, 2006. Defendant D (6) Defendant D had its representative registered his business as “F” on April 7, 2010 and actually operated the said business.
Defendant D requested manufacturers in China to produce Bod Game G (G) using a game description of attached Form 3, similar to the game description of attached Table 2, and the game description of attached Table 4, which is similar to the game description of attached Table 2, and then imported and sold some of them on December 23, 201, and on May 28, 2013.
