Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of E in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, operated the company as the representative of D or 404.

1. On January 25, 2012, the Defendant submitted a false list of total tax invoices for individual suppliers to the Government, stating that there was no receipt of goods or services equivalent to KRW 47,819,091 from the Republic of Korea at the Sungnam Tax Office located in 480 at the Sungnam Tax Office that wishes to revise the 480 Si, Sungnam-si, and that there was a false statement of total tax invoices for individual suppliers, and submitted to the Government the false statement of total amount of KRW 176,718,598, including the above amount, even though there was no receipt of goods or services from the Republic of Korea at the same time (state).

From that time until July 25, 2013, the Defendant submitted to the Government a list of total tax invoices by seller, stating that the Defendant received goods or services equivalent to KRW 515,272,891 in total on four occasions, such as the list of crimes in Attached Table 1, in total, from that time until July 25, 2013.

2. On January 25, 2012, the Defendant submitted a list of total tax invoices by customer recorded in false statements to the Government, even though there was no fact that he/she supplied goods or services equivalent to KRW 29,190,00 to (State) He/she did not supply goods or services equivalent to KRW 29,190,00 to (State) He/she provided goods or services equivalent to KRW 219,169,212, as if he/she were supplied goods or services equivalent to KRW 219,169,212.
