A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year of suspended execution at the Seoul Central District Court on January 16, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 24, 2014, and is still under suspended execution.

1. No passenger on board an aircraft in violation of the Aviation Security Act shall assault, threaten, engage in deceptive means, or manipulate the entrance, etc., which obstructs the security or flight of the aircraft;

Nevertheless, at around 02:00 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant started an Ambaon airport located in the U.S. S. S. S. S. S. Chobari, and took care of the safety and services of the passenger room crew and the head of the office exercising overall control over the safety of the passenger room and services of the passenger aircraft in flight during the course of driving the Incheon Airport, who started from the Ambari airport located in the U.S. S. 2.
