A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2017 Highest 1827"

1. A crime committed on February 27, 2017;

A. On February 27, 2017, around 05:50 on February 27, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) intruded the two employees of the laundry business entity’s “D” hotel located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “D”); and (b) the victim E working in the said hotel lab by the said hotel lab, who was on the instant hotel labbbb, was involved in the loss to steals one cell phone at the expense of KRW 1,00,000, the victim’s market value on the instant lab; (c) but (d) was discovered to the victim, who was on the instant lab, went to the instant mobile phone, left the lab and attempted to leave the lab.

B. The Defendant who intrudes upon a house is not a resident of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment, and there is no person among the above apartment residents.

On February 27, 2017, around 18:46, the Defendant intruded into the F apartment door of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu Seoul, and set up the first floor and the first floor above the ground and went to the door.

The Defendant continued to intrude into the 19:13 young women who were unable to know the name of 19:13 on the same day, and went out of the above apartment B entrance.

On the same day, the defendant intruded with the above apartment B's entrance, around 19:19 on the same day, and emitted from the corridor to the eightth floor of the apartment B's apartment building on the same day. At around 19:22 on the same day, the defendant returned home to the victim G (W, 29 years old) residing in the above apartment B's apartment building B's 809, and followed it by the victim's defect in order to obtain the escape password to open the entrance. At around 19:2 on the same day, the defendant sent back to the 8th floor of the above apartment building B's 809 entrance to the emergency exit, and attempted to catch down the 8th floor of the above B's 809 entrance, and tried to open the strings.

On the same day, the Defendant continued to open a corridor up to the 12th floor of the above apartment B around 19:29, and around 19:31 on the same day, the Defendant intending to open a closed entrance of B 1209, where the non-existence of the name of the victim was residing.
