A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2016, at around 22:00 on December 2, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) was in dispute with the victim D (49 years of age) and female employees in C amusement centers run by the Defendant, which were located in B, and was in dispute with the victim’s face at least three times due to drinking, and (b) went beyond the floor when the victim’s face and chest were sent back to kne and knee.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as a dog diverse dynasium, which requires approximately six weeks of treatment.

2. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:10 on December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (b) reported that the Victim’s Erocketing car was parked in front of the said C amusement shop; and (c) caused the said car to be 5,448,287 won in total, including the repair cost for the front offender.
