A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2019 Highest 1325”, the Defendant, along with the members of the staff, assigned their respective roles, such as the personal information of many unspecified domestic and unspecified persons, including the Plaintiff’s personal information collected in an irregular manner, led the victims to the awareness that it is necessary to confirm the suspicion of fraudulent crimes by calling to the victims, and inducing them to cooperate with the investigation, and then informed the Defendant of the victim’s name, date of birth, appearance, and location of the victim, and conspired the Defendant to take charge of receiving money from the victim as if he was directly or as an employee of the Financial Supervisory Service, and remitting it to a designated account.
