A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 21, 2017 to J Co., Ltd., the Defendant is the user who operates urban bus transportation business at Changwon-si K of Changwon-si Mhappo-gu.

Wages of "2017 Highest 1198" shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date. A.

On April 15, 2017, the Defendant did not pay KRW 703,440 on March 3, 2017 to the victim L, who was employed as a bus driver, on the said company’s regular payment date, and did not pay bonuses to two employees by the same method as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 2 and 42, “the details of delayed payment of bonuses for March 2017 for each individual”.

B. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant failed to pay KRW 703,440 on April 4, 2017 to the victim L, who was employed as a bus driver, on the said company’s regular payment date, and the Defendant did not pay bonuses to two employees in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table “the details of delayed payment of bonuses for April 2017 for each individual” Nos. 42 and 84.

[2018 Highest97] The Defendant is employed as an employee of the said company from February 1, 1999 to July 31, 2017 by the said company located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and from February 1, 199 to July 31, 2017.

The wages and retirement allowances of the retired victim M were not paid 63,432,468 won within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

"2018 Highest 159" Defendant shall be employed by the foregoing company on or around December 2017, and shall be employed by the above company from May 24, 2013 to November 30, 2017.

The sum of KRW 18,114,045, including bonuses and retirement allowances of the retired victim L, was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as shown in attached Form 1.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer of "2018 Highest 751" shall pay wages, retirement allowances, and any other worker within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred.
