A around May 19, 2016, upon receipt of a decision from the Busan District Court Branch of the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court to the effect that “A shall not concurrently perform the duties of a representative director and a director until the judgment on the merits of the case for confirmation of existence of the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders of H in relation to H (the Busan District Court 2016Kahap101265)” (the Busan District Court 2016Kahap1021) and was notified of the decision on May 23, 2016.
