Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendants B were unable to bring a disturbance for about one hour on February 28, 2015, including: (a) the removal of the victim and the employees of the victim E in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) the victim and the employees of the said Kaf-gu; (c) the victim and the employees of the said Kaf-gu left the country at a large interest rate; and (d) the police officers sent to the country; and (c) the police officers were able to bring the disturbance at a large interest.

As a result, the Defendants conspired and enforced to interfere with the carpet business of the victim.

2. Defendant A

A. As the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), at a place where the Defendant reported the said carpet E and other customers, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim G by citing the police officer G, who belongs to the F District District of the Division Police Station, called “I am out of friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friended.”

나. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2015. 3. 1. 00:50경 제1항 기재 업무방해 등으로 현행범 체포되어 F 지구대로 연행된 이후, 근무 중인 경찰관들의 제지에도 불구하고 큰소리로 ‘내가 뭘 잘못했는데 그러느냐, 넘기려면 빨리 처리해라’라고 외치는 등 약 1시간 30분 동안 술에 취한 채로 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 소란을 피웠다.
