Defendant
B intends to establish a floating legal entity from the I (J) around October 2014. Upon receipt of a proposal from the L (J) to invite the nominal holders and offer KRW 1.50,000 per week, the Defendant A intended to establish a floating legal entity from I on January 2015. Upon receipt of documents from those recruited by B, the Defendant A accepted the proposal that he/she will receive approximately KRW 200,000 per case, and the Defendant C accepted the proposal that he/she will give KRW 1.5 million per month if he/she establishes a floating legal entity from the Defendant B and creates a corporate account on October 2014.
As a result, Defendant B recruited the nominal names according to I’s instructions, Defendant A applied for the establishment registration of a juristic person according to I’s instructions, Defendant C established a floating juristic person by applying for registration of incorporation in the manner of registering the Defendant as a representative of a floating juristic person, and recruited to open an account in the name of a floating juristic person and sell it to illegal sports gambling business operators.
