Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is residing in Kimhae-si B, committed an exchange of land with Kimhae-si Construction Work for about 8 years before he was living in the state-owned land, and the road in front of his residence, which was located in the private land owned by the defendant, but did not exchange.

The Defendant, from around 09:00 on June 16, 2014 to around 15:00 on June 20, 2014, set up 15 tons of soil at the second line in front of Kimhae-si B at the end of the second line, and obstructed the traffic of the land along which general vehicles pass.
