Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) A creditor shall be deemed to have led to a confession of applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant shall only submit a formal written answer after being served with a payment order, and he/she is absent on the date for pleading, and thus, the plaintiff shall be deemed to have led to a confession of all the allegations of the plaintiff in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
