The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On September 22, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of approximately 50 meters from the front day of the convenience store in 105 (YY) through the night tower in Sungnam City, in the state of under the influence of alcohol at a daily zero percent (0.116%) of the alcohol concentration in blood at around 03:11, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a range of about 50 meters from the front day of the convenience store in the city of Sungnam to the same night station distance.
