Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 01:00 on the street in front of the “Ccafeteria” located in the Cheongju-si Office B, Cheongju-si; (b) Cheongju-gu, the police officer affiliated with the E zone of the Cheongju Police Station E zone, who was called after receiving a report from a taxi engineer D and the taxi rate, was urged to return home from F, one time, and was scam back the ebbbf; (c) scam of the ebbbbbbbf; and (d) scam of G during the process of receiving a request for support from G, a police officer affiliated with the said earth, who was called to the site upon receiving a request for support, was scambling, and f and G by scaming the g.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act that the defendant interferes with the execution of official duties by assaulting the police officers on duty. The fact that the degree of assault against the police officers is disadvantageous to the defendant, and that the defendant confessions the crime of this case and objects to it, and that there is no special criminal record other than once, and that there is no previous criminal record within the last ten years is favorable to the defendant.

In addition to the above circumstances, all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case shall be determined as per the disposition.
