1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C delivers a building listed in the separate sheet (1) and 2) 650,00 won and 1 November 1, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 1, 2018, the deceased A (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) set and leased to Defendant C a building listed in the attached list owned by the deceased (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) at KRW 25 million and KRW 2.2 million per month of rent.

B) After that, the deceased agreed to reduce the amount of KRW 17,60,000 per month from January 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019. (c) Defendant C paid KRW 10,000,000,000 (i.e., payment of KRW 8 million August 31, 2018, and payment of KRW 15,000,000 to September 7, 2018) to the deceased’s KRW 10,000,000,000,000 to KRW 15,000,000 as of September 1, 2018, the remaining KRW 10,000,000,000,000 to KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000 to KRW 10,000,000,000,00,000).

On March 19, 2020, the co-inheritors, including B, held an agreement on the division of inherited property of the deceased, including the instant building, that the plaintiff independently inherited. Accordingly, on March 25, 2020, the plaintiff was entitled to inheritance by division as to the instant building.
