Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On November 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Chuncheon District Court for the crime of attempted building and fire prevention, property damage, etc., and completed the execution of the above punishment on February 3, 2019. 1. On December 13, 2019, on December 13, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 13:11, at an empty house owned by the victim C in Chuncheon City B, he stored a newspaper which was brought in in advance without obvious reasons; and (b) made the building spread to the entire building, including a flag, roof, etc., by attaching a fire to the newspaper site, along with the inner wall of a non-breadth housing attached to the newspaper.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed a building with a total floor area of 118 square meters and destroyed it to a general building.

2. 3. Damage to property;

A. On December 8, 2019, at around 08:19, the Defendant cut off CCTV distribution lines owned by the victim E, which are installed on the studio external wall, to the nacker, which had been previously possessed.

B. From around 22:00 to 23:00 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off the air wires owned by the victim G with the outdoor air lines located in Chuncheon City F; and (b) cut the air lines owned by the victim G at that place to a nier, which had been in advance.

The Defendant 2020 Gohap15 had a stone on the windows of the Chuncheon-si building Jho-ho, the first room owned by the Chuncheon-si from December 15, 2019 to December 16, 2019.
