1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 29, 2004, the Defendant and C concluded a sales contract to purchase the Defendant’s chartered bus business right and six vehicles under the Defendant’s name by acquiring the Defendant’s corporation (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
