[criminal history] On October 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Gwangju District Court's net support on October 18, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 26th of the same month.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is the victim B's child.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On February 28, 2017, around 04:36, the Defendant opened a gate and entered the house with a view to examining property issues.

B. On April 10, 2018, around 04:59, the Defendant opened a gate with a view to examining property issues and entered the house.

On April 23, 2018, around 07:04, the Defendant opened a gate with no aim of complying with property issues and entered the house.

On August 30, 2018, around 15:45, the Defendant opened a gate with no aim of complying with property issues and entered the house.

E. On September 27, 2020, the Defendant came to the house of the above victim around 05:00, and the victim opened a gate that was not set up for the purpose of complying with the seizure of claims against the Defendant and entered the house through the living room window.

F. On September 27, 2020, the Defendant came to the house of the above victim around 13:05, and the victim opened a gate with no aim to see the seizure of the claim against the Defendant and entered the house.

G. On September 30, 2020, the Defendant came to the house of the above victim around 02:09, and the victim did not set up a gate with a view to complying with the seizure of the claim against the Defendant and entered the house.

H. On September 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked gate at the home of the above victim around 05:38, and entered the house to sound the siren by using a loudspeaker; (b) and (c) “D was infected by this cancer.”
