The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Even upon examining the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower judgment that found all of the facts charged of this case guilty on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on facts contrary to logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the legality and admissibility of investigation procedures, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
