A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2012. 6. 29. 08:00경 수원시 권선구 C에 있는 피해자 D(56세) 운영의 'E' 식당에서, “잡곡이 있냐 ”고 물어보는 것에 피해자가 없다고 하면서 불친절하게 대하였다는 이유로 격분하여, 피해자를 양손으로 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 미리 소지하고 있던 악력기를 오른손에 쥔 채로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 위 식당 주방에 있던 피해자 F(여, 57세), G(여, 50세)이 피고인을 말리자, 위 악력기를 쥔 오른손으로 피해자 F의 얼굴을 때려 넘어뜨린 다음 발로 밟고, 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 계속하여 위 악력기를 쥔 오른손으로 피해자 G의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때렸다.

As a result, the Defendant committed an injury to the victim D and F, such as the inner part, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim G was injured by the extreme right-hand part, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

2. 피고인은 2012. 7. 4. 13:50경 수원시 권선구 H 주민센터에서, 주민등록등본, 가족관계 증명서 등 서류 수수료를 낼 돈이 없으니 도와달라고 요청하는데도 그곳에 근무하는 민원담당 공무원이 이를 들어주지 않는다고 소리를 지르며 소란을 피우다가, 옆자리에서 민원사무처리업무 중이던 공익근무요원 I이 피고인을 쳐다보았다는 이유로 격분하여 I에게 "뭘 쳐다봐, 니가 이 여자 남자친구냐."라고 말하면서 피해자를 향해 주민센터 민원대 위에 있던 저금통 2개, 의자 2개 및 쓰레기통을 집어 던져 저금통으로 I의 얼굴을 맞추는 등 폭행하여 위 공익근무요원의 민원사무처리에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2, destroyed the disturbance by getting off one set of the air signs installed in the civil petition unit of the above community service center and one set of the air table issuing machine.
